Mat Type Mountings

Description: 

Vibracoustics Ltd Vibration Isolation Matting is produced from a high quality neoprene, moulded into scientifically designed pads.

The mat surfaces are moulded in square and stripe patterns with recessed offset-cells to allow flow of rubber when under load, while maintaining lateral stability. This design eliminates the shape factor usually associated with elastomeric pads and provides positive grip to machine foot and foundation when under load.

Mats are available in thicknesses of 8, 10 and 13mm each with differing hardness values and can be cut to any size requirement of up to 500mm. For widths or lengths greater than 500mm simply place the positive grip mats side by side.

Resistance to water, oil and heat: 

Vibracoustics Ltd Mats are resistant to most oils, water, steam and chemicals and is available for special applications requiring oil proof compounds.

Maximum temperature limits for continuous exposure of mats is 200 F (95°C).
